Blainville, April 23, 2025 \u2014 It is confirmed: the City of Chambly will continue its collaboration with Arbressence for a second consecutive year for the collection of cedar scrap. After a notable departure in 2024, the service will be back from May 1 to October 31, 2025, with the same objective: to offer a simple, local and accessible service to citizens.<\/p>\n

A promising first year<\/strong><\/p>\n

Launched in 2024, the collection quickly resonated with residents of Chambly. In just a few months, 208 applications were registered, allowing 21.84 tons of cedar scrap to be diverted from landfills. With a participation rate of 1.65%, the City of Chambly ranked first among the new municipalities on the South Shore of Montreal.<\/p>\n

Planning a collection remains as simple as it is intuitive. Simply fill out a short online form<\/a> on the Arbressence website, accessible to all citizens of Chambly throughout the summer season.<\/p>\n
