Blainville, April 24, 2025 – Arbressence and the City of Terrebonne are continuing their collaboration for a 13th consecutive year, reaffirming their shared commitment to the sustainable management of cedar trimmings. This partnership has proven successful year after year in supporting eco-friendly practices and reducing green waste.

A 2024 Marked by Strong Citizen Engagement

In 2024, residents of Terrebonne submitted more than 2,536 requests, representing 266.28 tonnes of cedar trimmings collected. The volume of collections reflects a growing interest in this essential service, which helps reduce the environmental impact of green waste.

13 Years of Commitment and Success

For 13 years, Terrebonne has been one of the first municipalities to join the cedar trimming collection service, and its long-term participation serves as a true model of consistency. This strong relationship with Arbressence highlights the city’s commitment to sustainable environmental management and the promotion of best practices among its citizens. Terrebonne and Arbressence will continue to work together to reach new environmental goals.

The Service Continues in 2025

Residents of Terrebonne will be able to continue using the service from May 1 to October 31, 2025. To schedule a pickup, simply submit a request online via the Arbressence website—a process that is easy and accessible to everyone.
